What does Junk My Car Inc do with my details?

We use the details you send through our quote form, or give us by phone, to make you an offer on your vehicle and arrange the pickup. We don't sell them. This page explains what we collect, why, who handles it for us and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect

The quote form asks for the vehicle's year, make and model, whether you have the title, your name, your phone number and the pickup address or area. If you call, we note the same kind of information. We don't ask for payment details, because we pay you, not the other way round.

What your details are for

• To call you with an offer and answer questions about the sale.
• To arrange and complete the pickup.
• To keep records of the vehicles we buy.

Services that see your details

Form submissions are delivered to us through a lead-management service that passes the details to our team. The website also uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which set cookies to measure visits and form submissions in aggregate. You can block those cookies in your browser without affecting the form.

We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests only as long as we need them to follow up, and records of completed purchases for as long as our business and legal obligations require.
